1. Acceptance of the terms
By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Lá vem o ônibus app ("app", "application", "service"), you fully agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. About the service
Lá vem o ônibus is a public transit information app that displays schedules, routes and the estimated position of buses in real time, based on GPS data from vehicles and, in some features, from other users. The service is offered for Android and iOS by the same development team.
3. Intellectual property
The app, its brand, icon, layout, source code and content are the exclusive property of its developers. All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights related to the app belong to the developers or their licensors.
4. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable and non-exclusive license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
5. "As is" and limitation of liability
The Lá vem o ônibus app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The developers do not guarantee that the app will operate without interruptions, errors or defects, and are not liable for losses, damages or other problems resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
6. Accuracy of bus data
The positions, schedules and arrival predictions displayed are estimates calculated from GPS data reported by vehicles and/or by other users, subject to network delay, signal inaccuracy, on-board equipment failures or temporary unavailability. The app is a support tool and does not replace the official schedules of your city's transit operator. We are not liable for missed appointments, delays or losses resulting from differences between the information displayed and reality.
7. User conduct
By using the app, you agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app;
- Send false or manipulated location data to the app's services;
- Use bots, scraping or automation to access the API or service data outside the app itself;
- Interfere with the operation of the app or its infrastructure, or attempt to access restricted areas;
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Violations will be treated as an infringement of the developers' rights and may result in suspension of access to the service.
8. Minimum age
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from this audience. If you are the legal guardian of a minor and believe they have provided us with personal data, contact us so we can remove it. See more in the Children's Privacy section of our Privacy Policy.
9. Premium subscriptions
The app may offer ad removal and other benefits through a paid subscription ("Premium"), purchased through the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS), depending on your device's platform. The developers reserve the right to change the prices and benefits of the plans offered at any time, without prior notice, honoring purchases already made.
10. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions are tied to the account you used to purchase them — your Google Play account (Android) or your Apple ID (iOS) — and renew automatically at the end of each period, unless canceled in advance.

Billing and renewal management happens exclusively through Google Play or the App Store, as applicable. The developers are not responsible for charges resulting from the user's failure to cancel within the deadline defined by each store.
11. Fraud
Fraud attempts, use of invalid purchase receipts or any means of acquiring premium services without authorization will result in immediate revocation of the subscription, without refund, without prejudice to other applicable measures.
12. Third-party ads
Users without a premium subscription may see ads served by third-party advertising networks (including Google AdMob and mediation partners). We do not control the specific content of each ad displayed and are not responsible for third-party products, services or websites advertised in the app.
13. Service interruption
The developers reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice, for maintenance, updates, technical issues or unforeseeable circumstances, with no guarantee of refund of amounts already paid, except where required by law.
14. App updates
The developers may release app updates at any time, including feature changes. Keeping the app up to date is the user's responsibility; outdated versions may work in a limited or unstable way.
15. Third-party services
The app uses third-party services to work properly, including Google Firebase (infrastructure, notifications, analytics, stability), Google Maps Platform (maps) and the Google Play Billing and Apple StoreKit payment platforms. Use of these services is also subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers.
16. Privacy
The collection and processing of personal data by the app is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the user's place of residence are elected to settle any disputes, unless otherwise provided by law.
18. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time, at our discretion, by publishing the updated version on this page with the revision date. Continued use of the app after the changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
